Excerpt from the Hamilton Spectator article by Garry McKay:

The Hamilton Bulldogs’ season, which began with such promise, is showing signs of starting to slip away.

The Bulldogs dropped a 2-1 decision to the Peoria Rivermen last night at Copps Coliseum. Although the Dogs are still holding on to second place in the AHL’s North Division, the loss was their fifth in the past six games.

The Bulldogs were forced into a fair mount of lineup juggling for last night’s game.
Forwards Kyle Chipchura (groin) and Mathieu Aubin (high ankle) were both out and defenceman Dan Jancevski was called up yesterday by the Dallas Stars.
