Montreal Canadiens vs Washington Capitals

CURITIBA, BRAZIL — Puck the Bunny appears on AllHabs.net predicting outcomes of games from his home in the beautiful country of Brazil. Yes, an exotic prognosticating bunny! Today he picks the winner of Montreal Canadiens vs Washington Capitals.

The title of this movie could be Bad Mood Bunny.  Remember when we told you that Puck’s behaviour was better? Well not anymore — someone is more than a bit cranky again.

Puck took no joy in being right about his prediction coming true on Thursday night that the Habs would lose.  And he’s been in a snarky mood ever since then.

It’s hard for us humans to understand what’s happening with the Habs this season, so for a ‘lil bunny is three times worse. Puck wants his Habs to win so badly. He wants to believe they will win, not so they will make the playoffs, but to ensure that good players want to stay with the team.

There’s speculation that Carey Price will most certainly leave Habs at the end of the season.  It’s very scary to think of a Canadiens team without their franchise player.  If this season has been difficult to watch, next year would be unbearable without Price.

It’s hard to know what Puck’s prediction means today. At first he didn’t want to choose —  he went to Habs, then Capitals, then back to Habs, nibbling at each carrot.  This was odd as he is usually very decisive.  So after replacing the carrots, Puck made his choice — then promptly destroyed the set!

Puck was right again in his prediction on Thursday night.  His record is now an impressive 15-5-3!
