TORONTO, ON. – The 2013-2014 season ended just a short time ago, with L.A. Kings winning the Stanley Cup. The Montreal PuckinTheSundraftCanadiens had a great run this year. They ALMOST made it. ALMOST! Hockey fans got a little distracted now with the World Cup, but HOCKEY is warming its gears for the new season. NHLThe Draft is here!

This weekend the GMs and team scouts are in Philadelphia to pick the new NHL talent.

Will Habs prioritize size, skill or both?

With the 26th pick Habs GM Marc Bergevin will have to wait for a long time to give that 1st jersey away. But hey Marc, don’t worry, the little ball of fur decided to leave his vacation to help you out with this difficult choice. Puck is predicting the 1st round pick for you. Hopefully it will be a good one for the team.

Puck selected from six players that might still be available when Habs turn comes; Ivan Barbashev, Conner Bleackley, Adrian Kempe, Dominik Masin, Brendan Lemieux and Nikita Scherbak.

So hockey fans, prepare your hearts for a weekend full of trades, contracts and new acquisitions. And don’t forget to keep an eye on our team members twitter account, since some of our amazing writer will be LIVE from Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Follow @All_Habs and be on top of all the Draft news.

So, let us know, do you agree with Puck the Scout Bunny choice?

Go Bergevin Go!
