    all levels.ownership,management/gerance,coaching,player selection et development,other?.we have strayed from our crucible DNA and our hockey elders are not pleased.
    it starts from the top.team philosophy.our vestiairre-sacre
    embedded with portraits of the past/present.and the words of honor,courage et inspiration that accompany.wow!
    that is what we need to revisit.the reason for our existence.
