MONTREAL, QC — It’s Movember ! Hope you guys are growing your Mo’s ! Bailey and I did a little research and found past and present Habs players sporting the mustache. Now it’s your turn to play. Name that stache !

Start at the Top Left, and work your way down.

  1. This guy was instrumental in the Habs last cup championship.
  2.  3rd round pick of the Montreal Canadiens in 1980, this blue-liner joined the team in the 1982-1983 season where he went on to be one of the best to block shots with the leg pads he fashioned himself !
  3.  This left winger scored 15 goals or more in eight of his nine seasons in Montreal and had his best season alongside Guy Carbonneau and Chris Nilan. His stache was his trademark !
  4. This blue-liner won 6 Stanley Cups, 2 Norris trophies and 1 Conn-Smythe. He’s Big Bird.
  5. This Baar, Switzerland native played his first NHL game on October 6th 2011, in Toronto.
  6. This Hab was drafted in the 3rd round in 1998, 82nd overall, by the New Jersey Devils.
  7. This Oswego, NY native signed with the Habs as a free agent. He’s really earning his time on the PP.. cough.
  8. This giant size defenseman talks a lot. A lot, a lot. He’s got Skillz too !
  9. This winger won 4 Stanley Cups with the Habs, playing with Mario Tremblay and Doug Risebrough most of the time. His catch phrase : Saaaaaaaaaalut !
  10. This former Hab was born in Victoria, BC on July 19th, 1984. He played in Montreal just long enough for the female fan base to nickname him Big Sexy !
  11. This centerman was drafted by Montreal in the first round, 21st overall in 1993. While his leadership was often questioned, he provided fans with one of the most emotional comebacks in hockey in the 2002 playoffs.
  12. This 27 year old is a warrior. Enough said.
  13. This former Canadien had his most productive season in the Habs uniform in 1999-2000, scoring 26 goals. He tragically died in 2004 at age 31.
