No moves were made on Wednesday by the Montreal Canadiens at the trade deadline.

Bob Gainey characterized his day, saying we were “not too active today.” When asked to explain Gainey said “I don’t have any regrets with the players who moved teams today that none of them came to our team. I prefer that we continue to get our group to their potential.”
