  1. the Weber for pk trade is rapidly falling in Nashville’s favor. i figured in the short haul even and in the long haul Montreal loses big time but it is panning out in Nashvilles advantage pretty fast…PK is thriving and Weber is disappearing…I guess I can say i told you so but I want Montreal to win…

    • It’s clear that you are a Subban fan Philip but like most P.K. supporters I assumed that you would be able to admit that the Canadiens decisively won the trade in the short term. Given the impact that Shea Weber has made on the Canadiens, it’s not even close.

  2. How do you know he was staring down Therrien and not the team, the d or someone else? Perhaps all the above? Since nobody has actually confirmed it, this is nothing but pure speculation (rumour, if you put it out there like it’s fact when it’s clearly not).

    • It’s called deductive reasoning Amanda. It’s silly to call it a rumour. We know that Carey Price is not the type to publicly criticize his teammates. We also know that Michel Therrien has said that he and Stephan Waite normally talk to Price during the intermission in these type of games giving him the option on whether he wants to continue. Following that logic, it is quite understandable that Price was so upset just six minutes into the period when he was pulled.

After the next game, Price confirmed our conclusions.
