MONTREAL, QUEBEC – Montreal Canadiens and Hamilton Bulldogs General Manager Marc Bergevin announced today the Canadiens have recalled forwards Patrick Holland and Louis Leblanc from the Bulldogs.

Holland, 21, has appeared in four games with Hamilton this season, recording two points (one goal, one assist) and no penalty minutes. The Lethbridge, Alberta native has also played three games with Montreal this season, recording no points and no penalty minutes. Last season, in 69 regular season games with the Bulldogs, the 6’0”, 185-pound forward recorded 28 points (10 goals, 18 assists) and eight penalty minutes. He was originally selected by the Calgary Flames in the seventh round (193rd overall) in the 2010 National Hockey League Entry Draft.

Leblanc, 22, has appeared in seven games with Hamilton this season, recording six points (four goals, two assists) and six penalty minutes. Last season, in 62 regular season games with the Bulldogs, the 6’0”, 190-pound forward recorded 18 points (10 goals, eight assists) and 53 penalty minutes. In 42 career regular season NHL games with Montreal, the Pointe-Claire, Quebec native has recorded 10 points (five goals, five assists) and 28 penalty minutes. He was selected by the Montreal Canadiens in the first round (18th overall) in the 2009 NHL Entry Draft.

Hamilton’s next game is scheduled for Friday, November 1st, when they will host the Toronto Marlies (AHL Affiliate of the Toronto Maple Leafs) at Copps Coliseum at 7:30 p.m.
