Players to watch
- Artturi Lehkonen
Lehkonen hasn’t put the numbers up like last year but he competes every shift and is due for a breakout game.
- Mike Hoffman
Hoffman scored the shootout winner for the Senators yesterday with a highlight reel deke. Hoffman has been rumored in trade talks and his days in Ottawa may be numbered.
- Matt Duchene
Duchene has started to produce for the Sens using his speed to get to the net and set up his teammates.
Keys to Victory
- Win special teams
The Canadiens power-play put up three goals against the Ducks and should be put to the test again this afternoon.
- Provide goal support
The Habs have not given Price a lot of goal support this season. After scoring five goals against the Ducks, Montreal needs to offer their superstar a little of that.
- Don’t get caught
The Canadiens need to be aware of Ottawa’s ability to stretch out the ice.

What to Expect |
Prediction: Canadiens 3 Senators 1
With both teams coming off wins yesterday confidence will be high. The Habs and Sens have had seasons to forget and will be playing desperate hockey. These teams are not very fond of each other and the rough stuff should start early. |
