Fans invited to attend the Canadian Tire Red vs White scrimmage at the Bell Centre

MONTREAL – In preparation for the team’s preseason schedule, the Canadiens and Canadian Tire are pleased to invite all fans to attend the Canadian Tire Red vs White intrasquad scrimmage on Sunday, September 20, 2015 at the Bell Centre. Doors will open at 11:30 a.m. and puck drop is set for 1 p.m. All fans attending the game will enjoy a free hot dog with chips and a soft drink or bottled water.

To attend this intrasquad game, the general public can visit participating Canadian Tire stores throughout Quebec and in return for a minimum donation of $5 they will receive a voucher for a pair of tickets. All gate proceeds from this fundraising event will go to the Canadian Tire BLEU BLANC BOUGE in Action program, an initiative developed by the Montreal Canadiens Children’s Foundation and supported by Canadian Tire Jumpstart Charities (Jumpstart) enabling underprivileged kids to be more active while they enjoy a healthy lifestyle.

Vouchers are available at the cash registers of participating Canadian Tire stores as of September 4, while supplies last. Vouchers can be exchanged for tickets by logging on to www.canadiens.com from September 4 at 9 a.m. to September 14 at midnight, on a first-come, first-served basis.
