GEG and Molson Coors inc. don’t have to publicly disclose their financial records so who knows the truth. There is no way the Bell Centre and the Montreal Canadiens are in the red……Pierre Boivin and the entire management group would have been fired if that was the case.
Let’s be totally honest here, the Canadiens will not announce to the world how much they make in profit as it would possibly have a backlash affect with the fans (being pissed off about paying crazy prices for tickets, hot dogs and beer!!) and three levels of government (taxes, requesting grant help,……)………..smart guy that George Gillett, good thing he’s putting a great product on the ice now!!!
