Halak attack: Jaroslav Halak will get the call in net for Saturday night’s matchup against the Flyers at the Bell Centre. The 23-year-old will be making his first start against the boys from the City of Brotherly Love.

“We need a spark,” Guy Carbonneau said. “We need some consistency in goal as we do up front or on the blue line. We won’t win too many games if we give four, five or six goals.”

  1. Consistency in goal? Did Carbo even pay attention to what was happening on the ice? Now he is going to scapegoat Price for the loss to the Bruins? Yeah, find an easy target to toss under the bus to deflect attention from inept coaching. Carbonneau is a joke!

  2. Let hope Price starts tomorrow against the Blues because if he doesn’t Guy is going to put this team in self-destruct mode….
