Bulldogs on a roll with chance to win their fourth straight

Excerpt from the Hamilton Spectator article by Garry McKay:

Not once in their 13 seasons in the Steel City have the Hamilton Bulldogs opened the American Hockey League with four straight wins. They have a chance to do it tonight.

The Dogs, who beat the Manitoba Moose twice last weekend in Winnipeg, downed the Hartford Wolf Pack 2-0 last night in their home opener in front 5,503 at Copps Coliseum.

That tied their franchise record of three straight wins to start a season, which they accomplished in the 2002-2003 campaign.

The Bulldogs host the Norfolk Admirals tonight at 7 and a win would set a new team mark.
